The subject teaches the field of law, consisting of a set of legal norms regulating the foundations of the constitutional system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the status of a person and a citizen, the state structure, the system of state authorities, the status of local government and self-government. During the course, the student will practice in substantiating the interaction of normative legal acts, the knowledge gained on constitutional and legal relations, the application of norms necessary to solve various practical legal issues.
