The subject studies a set of norms that establish certain types of criminal offenses, grounds for criminal liability and signs of the composition of these criminal offenses, as well as the appropriate types of punishments assigned to him. During the course, the student learns critical analysis of criminal law norms, legal assessment of criminal law situations, making specific decisions in accordance with the legislation of specific situations and related criminal law relations.
