The subject studies the prevention of criminal offenses, unjustified accusation and conviction of the accused, protection from unlawful restriction of his legal freedoms, ensuring his immediate and complete acquittal in connection with the situation in which he was unlawfully accused or convicted, strengthening the rule of law and order. During the course, the student develops the skills of analyzing the provisions of Criminal procedure law, analyzing issues of proof and coercion in production, rehabilitation, development of procedural documents related to the investigation.
