The purpose of studying the discipline is the formation of students' theoretical knowledge in the field of criminal proceedings, the development of practical skills in the application of criminal procedural norms, the production of procedural actions, the adoption of procedural decisions and their registration at all stages of criminal proceedings. As a result of studying the discipline, the student acquires the skills to interpret criminal procedural norms legally competently; to draw up procedural documents; to apply the norms of criminal procedural law to specific life situations.
