The purpose of the course is to form knowledge about the basic theoretical provisions of the science of criminal procedure law, criminal procedure legislation, the activities of pre–trial investigation bodies, courts, for the purpose of practical application of criminal procedure norms, and training specialists for practical activities. As a result of studying the discipline, the student acquires the skills to operate with criminal procedural concepts and categories, be able to analyze, interpret and correctly apply criminal procedural norms, make criminal procedural decisions in accordance with the law; correctly draw up and execute criminal procedural documents.
