Discipline is devoted to the theoretical and practical aspects of the functioning of financial institutions in financial markets. The discipline provides a holistic view of the functioning of financial markets and the circulation of major financial instruments. Develops skills of mastering the theoretical foundations of the stock market functioning, methods of assessing risk and profitability when investing funds in the stock market, as well as obtaining practical skills in assessing and determining the profitability of financial instruments, preparing companies to enter foreign capital markets.
