The course Pre-trial investigation in criminal cases studies the proceedings in a criminal case from the moment of initiation of a criminal case until it is sent to the court for consideration on the merits (inquiry and preliminary investigation), in particular, the basic concepts and principles of the criminal process, the procedural status of participants, the movement of the criminal case through the stages of criminal proceedings.
