The purpose of the discipline is to form ideas about classical and modern models of spatial economics, scientific approaches to economic management in an industry context and strategies for the development of economic sectors. Studying the course will form students' abilities for professional analysis of the causes of regional inequalities of micro and macro environments of enterprises, as well as skills for assessing spatial development policy and business efficiency.
