The purpose of studying the course "Penal Enforcement law" is to train qualified lawyers with a system of legal knowledge, skills and abilities on the interpretation and application of the norms of penal enforcement legislation, knowledge of the specifics of the execution and serving of all types of criminal penalties. As a result of studying the discipline, the student masters the skills of applying legal mechanisms for implementing the requirements of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international acts and national regulations and by-laws in the field of execution (serving) of criminal penalties.
