The subject studies the application of legal corrective actions and the execution of punishment, the legal status and characteristics of persons executing punishment, the system of institutions and bodies executing punishment and their personnel, issues of execution of punishment related to the isolation of convicts from society. During the course, the student develops skills in analyzing emerging criminal law relations related to specific situations, making specific decisions in accordance with criminal law, providing qualified legal opinions and consultations on criminal law issues.
