The purpose of the discipline is to introduce the advantages of new media in modern society, introducing them to the peculiarities of internet journalism. The connection between the internet and journalism is explained. In addition, today the internet has already established itself as a reliable and operational source of information. In society, people get all the information from the internet. At the same time, it teaches to recognize fake and factual information. The stylistic features of internet journalism and traditional journalism in the development of information are covered.
