The discipline examines theories and methods of combining modern Islamic law and the relationship between religious law and secular state law. As a result of studying the discipline, the master student will learn the causes of the complex problems associated with the field of Islamic law today, and ways to solve them. He studies the change in the norm of Islamic law depending on time and conditions, shows the solution of religious and legal problems in medicine, trade and the social sphere in society
