The subject studies the legal norms of the State aimed at solving the conflict of laws problem that has arisen in the legislation of States, determining the specific specifics of private international law, determining in which cases the law of the state is applied using the so-called conflict of laws rules between States and legal systems. During the course, the student acquires the skills of cognition of nature, studying the peculiarities of international private legal relations, legal regulation of these relations in the Republic of Kazakhstan, abroad.
