The academic discipline is intended for students and is devoted to in-depth study of the activities of international courts. The purpose of this discipline is the acquisition of knowledge by students in the field of the functioning of international judicial mechanisms. Within the framework of the main part, the issues of the formation of international courts and tribunals, their competence, organization and activities are studied. Much attention is paid to the analysis of decisions made by international courts, as well as advisory opinions.
