The purpose of this discipline is the study of "hard" and "soft" forces in the foreign policy of states. Discipline also develops the ability to assess how States use their "soft power", taking into account existing opportunities and limitations. Develops skills to analyze and understand the differences between "hard power" and "soft power" in interstate relations.
