International criminal law is an independent branch of public international law that regulates cooperation between states in the fight against international crimes, their identification, investigation and punishment. Тhe purpose of the discipline is to understand the legal and special nature of the crime and punishment for international criminal law and related norms, the relationship of this discipline with other disciplines; the formation of students' knowledge about the essence modern international criminal law.
