The discipline is aimed at teaching the skills of logically and economically correct reasoning about international capital flows, consequences for the national economy, as well as knowledge about empirical work in these areas. The discipline focuses on the development of skills for analyzing the behavior of a corporation in international markets and the relations between an agent and an owner in attracting and distributing capital. As a result of studying the discipline, students acquire theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of financial management of a company in international markets.
