The discipline purpose  is to obtain a useful product by cultivating plant parts, mastering knowledge about the mechanisms of cell morphogenesis in vitro.  As a result of mastering the discipline, Ғormedthe skills acquired to determine the theoretical principles  of plants grown in vitro,the skills of preparing the nutrient medium,  applying plant propagation methods and obtaining new species.

2applies in practice the results of genetic, cellular engineering of nano-, biotechnologies aimed at assessing the quality of agricultural products, analyzing the results of research on the patterns of development of microorganisms in the production of products of microbiological synthesis
