The discipline teaches the modern conditions of the labor market and employment of the population and the population of the country, the optimal use of labor based on innovative technologies with the use of education and science, quality improvement, labor protection rules, ways of implementation. The student considers the professional orientation of unemployed citizens through adaptation to a new job and the creation of new jobs, providing the internal migration workforce with jobs, providing recommendations, interaction of vocational education organizations with labor market entities.
