The main goal of the subject is to familiarize students with the classification of electrical devices used in the production, transmission, distribution and consumption of electricity, their design, characteristics and main parameters, the principle of operation, selection conditions, as well as the principles of simple testing.The subject also introduces the main measuring devices: shield, measuring devices with information transmission function, multifunctional measuring devices, modern measuring transformers.
