The subject considers the formation of the psychology of religion and its main features, its place and meaning in the system of general sciences, and topics and areas closely related to psychology. As a result of studying the subject, the student learns the psychology of Sufism, the psychological aspects of religious conversion, the nature of changes in religious feelings depending on the individual's age, forms the skills of researching the religious knowledge and psychological features of the Kazakh people.
