The discipline examines the sacred books and their role in religion and culture, the sacred books of Islam and other religions, the study of related scientific literature, methods and features of their interpretation. As part of the study of the discipline, the student will be able to describe a religious text as a primary source, analyze and comment on scientific religious texts.
