The discipline considers the flora of tree and shrub species, their diversity, ecology, geographical distribution. In the process of mastering the discipline, the student will be able to use the skills of classifying tree and shrub Plants, describing their biological and environmental features, in the organization of garden objects, landscaping of settlements. It can conduct dendrological research using methods for selecting wood-ring material and identifying pathological structures in wood in educational and field conditions.
