The course studies the basic concepts of psychological management theories, effective strategies and management theories in the world. In the course of training, a master's student acquires the skills to synthesize psychological theories of organizational behavior, interact effectively in a team, form teams and organize its work taking into account the rules of management psychology. Learns to show leadership qualities and use psychological methods of conflict management.
