In the course of teaching the subject, the student learns the fundamental provisions of the psychological theories of managerial activity, effective management strategies in the world, the formation of leadership abilities by making independent decisions as a result of collecting and critically analyzing data in the studied area. As a result of mastering the subject, the student will learn how to create a team, apply the rules and methods of management psychology, make managerial decisions, taking into account the social, personal and inclusive needs of schoolchildren in the educational process.
