The discipline studies the legal foundations of protection against anticompetitive activities of state bodies and unfair competition, protection of legitimate competition, the fundamentals of the functioning of commodity markets, ensuring the unity of the economic space, free movement of goods and freedom of economic activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan.As a result of the course, the student will acquire the skills of consulting on legal aspects in the field of antimonopoly relations, participation as an expert in measures to curb counterfeit products and unfair competition.
