The course covers the essence of innovation management, sources of innovation, methods of generating innovative ideas, general conditions for innovation, as well as innovative management of the external environment of a specific object, i.e. general conditions for its development, decision-making technology, considers the key aspects of the theory of managerial decision-making and possible obstacles to the introduction of innovations. Develops the ability to come up with new ideas in management, find solutions and ways to implement them.
