The course explains social media, how social media affects society, shares best practices in using social media to achieve sustainable development goals, develops an understanding of the role of social media in governance, and discusses its impact on national policy and program design. During the course, the student will master the skills of analyzing the positive and negative impact of social networks on society, will be able to determine the basic concepts of social relations.
