The subject teaches specific types of contracts, obligations arising from harm, inheritance, intellectual property rights, the concept, content, essence, types of parties creating contracts, their rights and obligations, the procedure and procedure for concluding contracts. During the course, the student develops the skills of compliance with legal norms governing certain types of property relations, the application of legal norms in resolving disputes by analyzing the characteristics of individual institutions of civil law.
