The subject studies social relations arising in the course of the administration of justice, the procedure for the protection and restoration of violated or disputed rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities, legal categories inherent in the science of law, scientific views and norms governing conclusions. During the course, the student develops the skills of procedural legal actions in civil cases, determining the legal status of subjects of legal relations, making legal decisions on the industry.
