The discipline studies the initiation of administrative cases against authorized bodies and persons (executive bodies), methods of consideration and resolution of administrative cases, practice of application, theory of administrative offenses. In the course of the course, the learner forms the skills of registration of administrative procedural documents, analysis of decisions on the imposition of administrative penalties, objective identification of the case of administrative offense.
