Administrative law is a branch of law (system of legal norms) that regulates the actions of state bodies and officials in the process of participation in executive power, which perform the function of governing the state within the framework of public relations management. Administrative law includes issues related to the foundations of state management, reveals the system of executive power, and also shows the role of individuals in state management. It considers the legal, social development and culture of state management of the economy, the basics of administrative and political structures, interdisciplinary state management, as well as the forms (forms) and methods of ensuring legality in administrative activities.
